What is
Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan?
Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan is an independent body that advocates greater
use of mediation and other forms of appropriate dispute resolution within Saskatchewan. Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan also educates its’ membership,
practitioners, the public, government, and community organizations about
mediation.
Why should I
become a member?
Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan prints a
directory each year that lists Mediators (only members) and their areas of
specialty. Conflict Resolution
Saskatchewan puts on two
conferences per year (members receive a discount) which brings in speakers and
allows attendees the opportunity to meet with others working in dispute
resolution fields. In addition, Conflict
Resolution Saskatchewan
sends members three newsletters during the year. These newsletters include articles and
information on mediation and dispute resolution in Saskatchewan
and Canada. Membership allows you a vote at meetings and
the opportunity to run as a Director of Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan.
What else
does Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan
do?
Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan now has
its’ own web-site (http://www.conflictresolutionsk.ca). The Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan
Directory is now on line and provides easy access to mediation practitioners
engaged in practice throughout Saskatchewan.
Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan
and it's Board works with many local, regional and
national organizations engaged in the resolving and managing conflict.
In an attempt to expand
the base of Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan,
we are offering a special first-year membership. Normal membership rates have
